I’m Peyton Williams, a Billboard charting and Grammy considered music producer and live sound engineer with over 20 years in the music industry. I have contributed to projects released under Arista, Empire, Republic Records, and Sony Music, and I have mixed shows for artists such as Too Short, Rakim, EPMD, Danny Brown, DJ Godfather, DJ Chrome, and Tee Grizzley. I bring a hands on, collaborator first approach to both studio production and live sound, bridging creative vision with solid technical execution.
As the founder of Volair Sound, I lead a team of engineers and producers while maintaining ongoing roles as a front of house engineer, recording engineer, and producer for a diverse roster across Detroit and beyond.
