Spearheaded the evaluation of the HSBC-HKSTP partnership by conducting stakeholder interviews with 10+ internal teams; delivered a strategic analysis with actionable recommendations identifying 5 high-value collaboration opportunities for innovation and digital transformation within the Hong Kong fintech ecosystem. Organized fireside chats with internal risk management teams and assisted in planning fraud prevention training sessions for corporate clients to streamline CDD, AML, and KYC processes. Conducted policy research on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), blockchain, and regulatory implementation of crypto assets and CBDCs in HK/APAC (e.g., Project m-Bridge). Maintained a dashboard for 50+ deliverables to ensure Year 1 objectives were achieved.
