I’m Karina Jo Kubauskienė, a proactive and value-creating specialist with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry and hands-on business development, including salon team management. I founded and developed my own beauty studio from the ground up, recruiting and training a team, creating visual branding, strategies, and social media content (Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Reels). I also manage supplier relations, develop services, and maintain customer communication, while designing loyalty programs and sales promotion campaigns. I oversee the salon’s finances and workflows to ensure high-quality customer service.

During my years in Norway I refined my principles of customer service, cultivated a high-level service culture, and improved my social communications skills. I have a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to create visual content, develop brands, and manage social media. I adapt quickly to innovations, learn fast, and consistently seek solutions that are effective and value-adding for clients and the team.
