Yaroslava Onokhina

Hi! I’m Yaroslava, a final-year Master’s student in Graphic Arts in Poland, studying on a scholarship after relocating internationally.

I bring over 10 years of experience in illustration and drawing, combined with a focus on publications, books, and graphic design. My strength lies in translating briefs and specific project needs into clear, creative, and visually compelling solutions, with a growing expertise in accessible and universal design.

I’ve worked on projects ranging from art books for Bored Wolves Publishing to branding and layouts for Rug Mag magazine, which gave me hands-on experience in editorial design, visual storytelling, and brand identity. What sets me apart is my ability to combine fine arts skills with a project-oriented, research-driven approach, ensuring work is not only beautiful but purposeful, inclusive, and tailored to client needs.

I enjoy collaborating across disciplines, leading projects with empathy and adaptability, and delivering results that resonate visually and conceptually.
