With 8+ years in product design, ownership, and research, I’ve learned the most important step is identifying the right problem in context before addressing it with the right solution.
I thrive in purpose-driven work, going above and beyond when the mission is to empower people, especially those who are vulnerable and underrepresented. My journey from scaling Government biometric systems for 200M+ citizens to improving onboarding completion by 20% in EdTech and addressing sensitive topics in HealthTech, reflects a consistent drive to design products that are both evidence-led and human-centered. Beyond my professional roles, I have also dedicated time to voluntary services for child welfare, poverty reduction, and youth empowerment, efforts that reflect my commitment to designing with empathy and purpose.
