I’m someone who believes more in action than in waiting. I get involved, I listen, I ask questions, I make mistakes, and I keep moving forward. I’m not chasing perfection — I’m focused on progress and meaningful results. I enjoy working with people who see things differently, collaborating in teams, and contributing through what defines me: honesty, curiosity, and a head full of ideas. I’m Xabier — curious by nature and driven by creativity. I struggle to stick to just one idea because my mind is always exploring the next. I’m fueled by a constant desire to learn, to experiment, and to turn every “what if…” into something real. That mindset has been with me since I was a kid — always trying to understand how things work, and when I couldn’t find an answer, I’d build my own. It’s what led me to launch several projects while studying Marketing at UPV/EHU, and what continues to guide me today.
