On an ordinary commute with children in the car, he received a mysterious call from a restricted caller ID.
“There’s a bomb planted under your chair.”
In a desperate crisis, the bomb will explode when someone is getting off, even the police chase him, he finds himself in a situation that he can’t hang up the phone with a mysterious caller… !

This is the first video after I promoted as a main director of <SBS(Seoul Broadcasting System) Connect! Movie World>. The section I was in charge of mainly pointed out key points of new released movies. I analyzed the movie with the writer, decided which parts to emphasize and leave out, and edited it.
In the case of the movie <Hard Hit>, we used interview videos and making-of videos provided by the movie company to highlight and introduce the vivid car chase filming that takes place in downtown Busan. Turning a feature-length film into a short video of about 6-7 minutes was not as easy as I thought.
Through making this TV show, I was able to learn how to organize the video by grasping the core of the story and become familiar with the broadcast production system.

From exposing the dark history of themselves to the crazy drinking games that can’t miss at a retreat! They lost in memories of school days!
CAU Quartet’s Summer Retreat with full of laughter!!! Would you like to join us?

Starting in May 2023, I was in charge of creating former professional baseball player Yoo Hee-Kwan’s YouTube channel. It was a new challenge for me because it was my first time to make an entertainment-type video. It was very different style from the videos for government department I had mainly produced. I tried to learn by referring to existing YouTube videos, such as situational subtitles, short tempo cut editing, and sound effects throughout.
Because it is contents for YouTube, I was able to experience a variety of production environments, such as outdoor filming at a baseball stadium, studio shooting, and sponsored content videos, without being
tied down to a fixed format.
Specially, I was able to learn how to edit while working on a tight schedule where videos must be uploaded once a week.

Our Hero for Independence, Are they Protected in the land they Protected?

    Genre: Documentary,
    RT: 15 Min, Air Date: 2020.01.25 (KBS1)

On a street where countless people are walking, a marker that no one pays any attention to stands alone. There are traces of independence movements left everywhere around us, but we pass them casually without knowing.
Independence activists who sacrificed themselves to protect the country…
Are they really well protected in this land they protect?

This video was produced as the final assignment by my vocational training. Since it was a one-person production assignment, I had to do everything by myself, from planning to interview requests, on-site reporting, filming, editing, and CG production.
As it was not a light topic, I put a lot of effort into researching during the pre-production period. I made a survey among pessersby, sought opinions from various experts, and conducted interviews to fill out the content. I put all my passion into making the video for 4 months. While making this video, I felt like I had grown a lot and the sense of accomplishment when I exported the final video.
Afterwards, it was selected as KBS(Korea Broadcasting System) ‘Open Channel’, a viewer participation program, and aired in January 2020.

Ministry of Economy and Finance <Economy Class for Children>

    Production Staff : 5 (Participation rate: Pre-production 60%, Directing 100%, Video Editing 80%)
Techniques : Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Vapshion

Did you know? You can earn money just by depositing money in the bank!
Our promising kid, Ki-jeong goes to the bank with her dad to save her pocket money!
Let’s follow them and find out how we can earn more interest!

This is a 20-episode series video of children’s economic education content for the official YouTube channel of MoEF(Ministry of Economy and Finance). Although I was unable to participate in the initial planning as I was brought in when the 3rd video was being produced, I directed the rest video as the main director.
Because one performer acted all the roles and had to film multiple episodes at once, I needed to be carefully determinded the filming sequence before shooting. Since this is content for children, I worked hard to keep the video from being boring by adding big and cute subtitles, high saturation CG, and sound effects throughout the video.
A manager of MoEF was famous for being fastidious but I handled her feedback well. So the contents were uploaded smoothly without major modifications.

There are various educational etiquettes that students taking government-funded education programs
    inadvertently do not follow!
Charlie steps forward to create the proper training culture!
Let’s learn about the proper training culture with cheerful Charlie!

This is a video submitted to <Video Contest for Making Proper Training Culture> hosted by ‘Korea University of Technology and Education’ and ‘Korean Skills Quality Authority’. I teamed up with my classmate and worked as a three-person team.
To break away from stiff and boring campaign videos, we decided to utilize the “new-tro” refers to the trend of “modernized retro” that was popular at the time in Korea. Among them, we chose Charlie Chaplin, a main character of representative classic movie, and creates an overall comical and comfortable atmosphere.
I was in charge of the overall video editing, and we took turns filming. We won second place in the contest.
