I’m Mattias Skantze, a Swedish-born audio professional with a passion for theatre sound design, live mixing, and music production. Since 2019 I’ve freelanced in music production and audio engineering, and from 2022 I’ve been with Oktoberteatern in Södertälje, Sweden, handling sound design and live sound for theatre productions, concerts and guest performances, while also taking on lighting duties and decor work. I enjoy collaborating with artists and venues to bring creative ideas to life on stage and in the studio. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music Production from Linnaeus University and have completed a songwriting course there. I work mainly in Logic Pro X and Pro Tools, with experience in QLab, DaVinci Resolve, and lighting design.
