Worked with vendors to develop web and app platforms, conducted user research, and collaborated with marketing to promote devices. Designed and developed products using SolidWorks, produced production drawings and BOMs, sourced vendor samples, and conducted component tests. Designed and launched an eCommerce website on Shopify, increasing online sales by 50% in the first year; managed listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service. Analyzed website performance and implemented improvements to increase conversion and satisfaction; contributed to brand and marketing strategy.
