I am a photo editor, designer based in MIilan, Italy. I have a Master’s degree in Documentary Photography and extensive experience working as a photo editor in the luxury, travel and lifestyle sector. In my current role as Photo Editor and Archivist for Kempinski Hotels, I curate, edit, and manage a global image library, focusing on the historical archive while producing high-quality visual content across all platforms. Previously, I worked with Silversea Cruises as a photo editor on a range of international campaigns and editorial projects. I served as the primary contact for their image archive and led the sourcing, licensing, and editing of photography for both digital and print. I collaborated with international photographers such as Steve McCurry and creative teams to commission and deliver shoots that captured the essence of destinations worldwide. As part of my collaboration with Silversea, I also curated the photographic part of editorial projects. For example during the 2020 pandemic, we produced a brochure highlighting voyages in Italy, in the form of a magazine named TALKS, where we featured photo projects around the country – from tales from the Dolomites by Christina Holmes, to nocturnal views of Venice by Luca Campigotto, and pop scenes shot with an iPhone around Southern Italy by Piero Percoco. Due to my background as a photographer, I am also familiar with photo editing tools, my daily tools include Photoshop, Photo Mechanic, Lightroom, InDesign, FTP, and CMS/DAM systems. In 2017 I also co-funded an independent publishing house, together with American photographer and educator Adriana Monsalve, named Homie House Press, a platform that works in the photobook medium and challenges the idea of conventional storytelling. Since then we have published over 20 books using languages like poetry, travelogue, photojournalism, and more, privileging the voices of queer and female artists.
