Hi, I’m Andy De Campos—a passionate, trilingual student and history educator who has been teaching since I was fifteen. I believe the most effective way to engage audiences is through captivating audio-visual media that spotlight the pivotal events shaping a nation.
I focus on cycles of conflict—wars, dictatorships, revolutions—to keep learners engaged across the full arc of history. I’m currently writing a Master’s thesis on Portuguese coups (1974-75) and a book on the Portuguese revolutionary period, and I’ve developed Civil War Commander, a historical board game, to bring history to life for students and enthusiasts.
