I began this role straight from college. It began as work experience, then I was able to extend the position as a summer job. I managed to secure the position as a permanent graphic designer in the internal design studio, working on travel related advertising, brochures and in-store promotional activity. After a few years, I was promoted to Middleweight Designer, and then became Assistant Studio Manager, helping to work with internal clients and manage work flow.
