I am a CAD-focused professional with extensive experience in building technology, architecture, and civil drawing. Currently, I support Castellum AB as a CAD Coordinator, digitizing property drawings and producing content for rental and marketing purposes. I have hands-on expertise with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, BIM workflows, and related design tools, complemented by a background in construction supervision and kitchen design. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy turning complex plans into clear, actionable drawings and plans.

Over the years I have worked across various roles, from construction supervision to internships, always coordinating with engineers, contractors, and finance teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. I am fluent in Arabic and proficient in English and Swedish, with Armenian having basic conversational capability. I bring a proactive, problem-solving approach and a strong eye for detail to every project I undertake.
