Hi there! Myself Sumankumar Tarai, a 19 y/o guy diagnosed with multiple profession disorder (yeah, someone whom you will always find trying out something new or with a crazy idea)- A POLYMATH. Growing up I've been someone who was curious, wanted to try everything that felt interesting, challenging and made me truly happy; and I guess this is what life is!? So, yeah here I'm with 4+ years of experience and alot of skillsets like writing, directing, editing, shooting, hosting, marketing, content creation, design, was a professional football player before my ACL injury, specialized in Branding but most importantly in love with Visual Storytelling. I do romantise a lot about life and stories, it feels the most important thing for me that gives everyone a meaning to their life. This is me! Who wanna live a life like a Rancho, Bunny or Ved and wanna narrate stories of Brands through my creativity and visual storytelling. Other than this I've started my Creative journey through self-learning through courses from YouTube, Udemy, Coursera, Silica Coaching centre, workshops of various prestigious institutes and colleges, competitions and mostly through hands-on practice on passion projects and real client works since 8th Std (got a lot of time during Covid period). What started with small passion projects now I lead a team of freelancers under a design studio- Grafica and take up Local clients.Currently pursuing B.Des in Graphic Design (SY) at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University, Panvel. Never stoping myself to learn and network with like-minded people. Back when I was playing football, I wanted to pursue Graphic Design as career backup. But then I didn't knew how magical it felt to convey the visual message through my creativity. After my injury and a career shift, I went through a self exploration stage and wanted to find myself a goal that felt like me! That's when I was conflicting with the thought of design industry people building things that were Human-centered design but to sell or for their motivations! But, that's when I heard Don Norman about HUMANITY-centered design approach and really felt this is it! This is my IKIGAI and what I want to work with Brands who value this approach. And give me a reason that genuinely feel like why I wanna tell their brand story! Also as someone who loves movies, art & music and really wants to be in a community that feels the same.…Hi there!
