Directing daily finishing works — tiling, gypsum ceilings, MDF wall panelling, marble stone cladding, and aluminium-glass facades — ensuring compliance with approved shop drawings and SBC standards. Managing RFIs, WIRs, MIRs, and material submittals; preparing punch lists and driving close-out to secure consultant sign-off. Coordinating with the PMC to obtain design approvals and maintain programme and quality benchmarks on a Vision 2030-aligned development.
