    uniE621 Wood Villa
In this project located in the humid and rainy climate of northern Iran, the client requested a custom façade design for their private villa. Through multiple consultation sessions, I carefully listened to their preferences and initiated the conceptual design process based on their vision. The design went through several review and refinement stages in close collaboration with the client, ensuring their feedback was fully integrated. All materials and details were selected in coordination with the client, along with professional advice provided throughout. Environmental integration and full compliance with local building codes were key priorities. Final technical details and material specifications were delivered for construction implementation. illustrator photo designer illustrato

    uniE621 Family House
This project was fully designed and visualized by me, from concept development to final 3D rendering and presentation. The design focuses on sustainability and spatial connectivity, integrating indoor and outdoor environments to create a comfortable and nature-oriented living experience. The building is elevated, allowing for a garden space beneath that maximizes greenery and enhances natural ventilation. The layout is carefully organized to accommodate three generations of a family, providing separate yet connected living areas that respect privacy while fostering family interaction. Every element — from the architectural form and materials to the lighting and visualization — was developed to highlight the project’s environmental responsiveness, cultural sensitivity, and human-centered design. Focus: Sustainable design integrating indoor and outdoor spaces. Features: Elevated building with green undercroft; multi-generational layout tailored to family needs. photo illustrator designer

uniE621 Salariyeh Residential Building – Architectural Visualization
This project was originally designed by an architectural studio, and I was responsible for the 3D visualization and presentation materials. The client’s main goal was to achieve highly realistic renders that would accurately reflect the design intent and atmosphere of the project. Through precise lighting, texturing, and composition, I created a series of visuals that captured the project’s architectural qualities with photorealistic accuracy. The renders received strong positive feedback from both the client and other professionals, being recognized for their realism, mood, and attention to material detail. photo illustrator

    uniE621 Ahmad Ebadi House
This project involved the complete renovation of both the interior and exterior of an existing residential building in Oman. The client’s vision was to create a modern home inspired by traditional Omani architecture, blending cultural authenticity with a contemporary lifestyle. The whitewashed façade was chosen not only for its climatic suitability but also as a symbol of Omani identity. Architectural details such as traditional motifs, large openings, and shading systems were designed to provide both privacy and energy efficiency. Inspired by Mashrabiya patterns, these elements create a dialogue between tradition and modernity, reflecting the region’s aesthetic and social values. Inside, the design carefully considered cultural aspects such as privacy and gender-specific spaces, while maintaining a bright, harmonious atmosphere. All stages of the project — concept design, detailing, 3D visualization, rendering, and post-production — were carried out by me and my team. The renderings and visualizations were exclusively created by me, highlighting realistic materials, lighting, and spatial depth to convey the essence of the architectural vision. Focus: Bridging Omani traditional and contemporary architecture. Features: Integration of cultural values, privacy, and modern comfort through design.
