Megan Sumner

At R53 Engineering I work within the Operations department as an administrator/data analyst. My job role includes gathering and updating data information on Sage, managing emails, using Microsoft Excel and Word Document for different work tasks. I also create BOMs on Sage for new suspension products we produce, and am in charge of uploading batch invoices onto the system. I do other things around the building when needed, such as organizing new work uniforms when delivered, and any other tasks that may be required of me.

I maintained working sheets for customer orders, ensured up-to-date information for follow-ups, and organized incoming paperwork. This was a temporary position.

Responded to customer emails, resolved issues, scheduled repairs or replacements, and gathered necessary machine and customer information to process requests.
