Create international RTW and knitwear collections in line with heritage brand identity; lead seasonal research and themes; set design direction by developing mood boards, yarn and fabric collections; work with garment development teams in Japan, Italy and China; manage development and fittings ensuring critical path adherence; art direction for promotional imagery; oversee all visual material including website design and packaging; visual merchandising and window design for London and Tokyo flagship shops; creative direction for look books, campaigns and e-commerce shoots; source materials from fabrics, yarn, trims to embroidery; lead and motivate junior designers.

Provide knitwear design and technical development for multiple clients; interpret seasonal mood with Creative Directors; research and develop stitches and techniques; collaborate with Buying Team to ensure cohesive ranges within target prices and delivery objectives; create detailed hand-drawn and computer sketches; research themes, trends and sustainable solutions; prepare sketches and tech packs for timely line launches; participate in sample fits and line edits; communicate with factories and product development teams domestically and overseas.

Collaborated with clients including SNS Herning, Markus Lupfer, ASAI and Jigsaw to develop innovative and commercial knitwear; supported and grew the business with the Creative Director; established and set up the knitwear department and factory relations; coordinated sample production to ensure timely delivery; led sample fits and line edits; yarn and trim sourcing, development and purchasing.
