Stefano Buro

Hello, I am Stefano Buro, an Italian Art Director based in Tottori, Japan. With over 20 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Animator, and Illustrator, I work as a freelancer and currently serve as Art Director and Co-CEO at Akame, a small indie game studio. I have collaborated with international companies and animation studios, developing skills in illustration, packaging, motion graphics, video production, UI design, and game development.

I am passionate about my work, open to feedback, and always striving to grow—both creatively and personally. I am seeking a work environment where I can focus 100% on the creative side, from concept development to team and resource management, while leaving behind bureaucracy and accounting. I want to dedicate my skills to what I love most and join a dynamic team where creative risk taking is balanced with continuous improvement.
