Operational liaison and communication between the branch and head office, in terms of logistics and finance; Management of the pharmacy customer current accounts, issuing invoices, credit notes and monthly charges; Recruitment and selection of sales reps and beauty advisors; Coordination of the company's vehicle fleet; Processing and payment of team daily expenses; Execution of monthly routings for the sell-out team; Operational and administrative support for the sales rep and sell-out team; Management and EDI monitoring of mass market customer orders; Management of the sales team's sales programme (Vincle and DS); Resolution of pharmacy order incidents; Control of payments to suppliers and bank updates regarding the customer receipts.

Managing recruitment requests arising from prospecting and securing new business opportunities in the outsourcing area; Management and monitoring of clients and integration of employees/teams; Control of KPIs and profitability for each client.
