Gathered observational data about how guests moved through galleries and interacted with various gallery activities and engagement tools. Acted as a steward of the gallery and representative of the museum by providing wayfinding instructions, answering questions, and offering technical assistance when needed. Persuaded 39 groups of museum visitors to take our surveys. Co-authored an official report with analyzed data and suggestions for improvements to increase engagement with the art on display, which was published to all of the museum staff.
