Christopher Kirbu

Chris Kirby is a singer/songwriter and producer from Limerick, Ireland, with over twenty years of experience playing music onstage and in-studio. He’s a jack of all trades when it comes to music–from playing live in local bands, to producing eps for local acts, not to mention writing and recording music for children’s YouTube channel Handyman Hal and TikTok channel Genasi Quoi (both linked above).

Chris is a multi-instrumentalist with a flair for catchy hooks and clever lyrics. He’s passionate about the emotional power of music to touch the heart and spread joy, even in dark moments. He has a talent for transposing the personal experiences of others into meaningful music.

He’s silly, playful, and sincere. You might not see much of what he’s up to on Instagram, but the work he makes speaks for itself. When he’s not writing and producing music, he’s passing on his passion for it to the next generation of budding musicians here in Ireland.
