Led the cleanup of aging AP documents totaling over $250,000 for Greater Asia entities. Drove automation initiatives, contributed to the Verify Invoice - Optimize project, and supported the transition of Philippine vendor payments from cheques to bank. Achieved an on-time payment KPI improvement for the Philippines from 90% to 95%. Standardized the Philippine AP process, reducing FTE from 2 to 0.5, and improved Indonesia AP efficiency from 20% to 85% within five months. Trained and mentored AP colleagues, with teams receiving nominations for Best Performer in 2024.
