Spearheaded BI architecture and development across SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.x, Lumira 2.x, SAC, Tableau, and Power BI. Built Web Intelligence reports, SAC stories, and interactive dashboards using diverse data sources, including SAP ECC and Snowflake. Leveraged Generative AI and ChatGPT for strategic analysis planning and data quality evaluation. Led complex universes, BEx reports, and security models, and guided POCs, migrations, and COE initiatives to standardize BI practices across the organization.

Information Services and Visualization Lead responsible for hands-on BI development using Power BI, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, Lumira, SAC, and Snowflake. Implemented complex DAX calculations, M language data flows, and real-time data access via Web Query Service, with Row-Level Security (RLS) and AI-assisted analysis using CoPilot. Led design and development of metrics-scorecard dashboards, wired to live data, and delivered training sessions to power users. Worked with Azure Snowflake, SAP BW BEx queries, and BI governance, while mentoring a global dev team and producing thorough technical/functional specifications and user documentation. Assisted with POC/migration projects from SAP BO to Power BI on top of SAP S4HANA.

Led SAP BusinessObjects and Lumira/Lumira Designer projects, creating Web Intelligence reports and dashboards that combine SAP and non-SAP data sources. Designed complex universes, BEx queries/reports, and data flow diagrams; implemented security models and migrations from Oracle/BI environments to SAP BI 4.x. Conducted training sessions for power users and participated in CoE activities to promote best practices in BI development.
