Planned and executed quantitative and qualitative studies to assess the impact of remittance sent by Ghanaian migrants in Europe and uncover pain points, needs, and behaviours of low-income Ghanaian households receiving these remittances. Conducted UX and UI audits on existing remittance products and services, identifying strengths and usability issues to provide comprehensive recommendations for fixes. Co-facilitated ideation workshops with the client’s internal team to devise strategies for a social media campaign and marketing collateral for its new micro-savings product for low-income household.

Designed a framework for evaluating and enhancing the UX across Hubtel's entire product suite via a customer feedback mechanism and UX audits to improve product satisfaction and usability metrics. Led the design of an e-commerce platform's package delivery service by streamlining the client-side experience to fulfill delivery requests and optimizing the back-office system for the operations team to ensure efficient tracking. Redesigned Sofie, Hubtel's chatbot experience, aimed at assisting customers in reporting issues on the Hubtel Mobile app to significantly reduce the workload of the customer support team.

Conducted in-depth ethnographic research at PEG Africa, Ghana's largest Pay-As-You-Go and off-grid solar company, while rethinking their internal processes to facilitate a seamless transition from one ERP to another. Co-designed a user-centric online web portal for Ghana's SEC to facilitate efficient access to critical operational information for stakeholders. Co-designed a Workflow Management System and a Transfer Agency Application at Petra Trust to track, streamline, and manage pension contributions effectively.
