Nelly A. Alister

I’m Nelly A. Alister, a freelance English–Spanish translator since 2009, specializing in marketing, business, education and fashion. I’m a native Spanish speaker from Chile with knowledge of Venezuelan Spanish, and I collaborate with agencies like Mother Tongue and Toppan to deliver translations, transcreations, and proofreading across online ads, surveys, brand analyses and linguistic supervision.

Beyond translation, I’m an experienced language teacher and content designer. I’ve taught English and Spanish as a foreign language at universities and cultural institutes in Chile, and I’ve taught in China (Henan Technology University and Huanghuai University). I enjoy creating educational materials and sharing knowledge with students and professionals.
