Helen Chen

I am a holistic coach, transformational speaker, and event host who designs heart-centered experiences that connect people and communities. I’m Mindvalley certified Life Coach with 20+ years of experience building mindful, community-driven events alongside local wellness leaders and artists. I’ve created and hosted mindful experiences like Triumph Thursday and Crystal + Oracle Circles, managing every detail from timelines and venues to volunteers and promotions, and crafting visuals and marketing through Eventbrite, Canva, and social platforms.

I’m passionate about mental health, intergenerational healing, and co-creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and part of something meaningful. I lead with care, creativity, and a win-win mindset—leaving team members empowered, supported, and inspired to show up their best for themselves and their communities.
