I am Sneha Sinha Roy, an architect and urban designer whose practice is shaped by the belief that design is an act of repair of landscapes, communities, and the fragile ties between them. Growing up in Kolkata, a city where memory and modernity coexist in constant tension, I developed an awareness of continuity and transformation that guides my outlook. Architecture, for me, is about weaving relationships between the built and unbuilt, the ecological and the cultural, the human and the non-human. Inspired by Lefebvre, Gilles Clément, and Ebenezer Howard, my approach is rooted in care, responsibility, and the search for resilience. I see design as open frameworks that connect rather than divide, cultivating belonging while imagining more just futures.
