I am a solutions-driven filmmaker based in Cape Town, South Africa. I strive to help people see things differently. I have embraced film as a tool to inspire positive change by showing new possibilities that can be explored. My background in Visual Arts (Venice, Italy) shaped my view of the world, and my strong desire to use my craft to give voice to important issues led me to study video-journalism (Milan, Italy) and film production (Cape Town, South Africa). In order to tell the story in the most genuine way, I employ endless empathy when filming with subjects. In the editing suite, I apply careful consideration to the narrative and visual treatment of each film (color grading, sound design). My mission is to inspire and motivate the viewer to take action.
