Built relationships across the photo and scientific communities to produce meaningful, original coverage; managed pre-reporting and editorial planning across platforms.

Assigned, managed, and planned visual coverage of The Nature Conservancy's work worldwide for Nat Geo Magazine, the annual report, natgeo.org, and program materials. Conducted pre-reporting on programs, developed story pitches, content plans across platforms, sourced stock photography as needed, and managed social channels (e.g., Instagram). Built cross-institution relationships to produce cohesive coverage.

Freelance Photo Editor & Creative Producer. Lead editorial and production for the photography blog, wrote and edited original article series, and implemented photography-centered marketing strategies. Consulted on National Geographic photo-driven science stories and edited book projects. Launched and managed the annual SUGI worldwide photography contest in 2022; produced photography coverage of SUG's urban forest planting. Developed a company-wide creative workflow and budget-tracking system for all projects. Edited and planned content for The Nature Conservancy's global Instagram and other channels; coordinated coverage for UNICEF Azerbaijan program.
