As a Certified Holosomatic Bodywork Therapist, I guide individuals and groups through somatic practices such as breathwork, EFT tapping, and intuitive massage to support emotional release and nervous system regulation. I create nurturing, inclusive spaces that invite deep reconnection with the body and bring a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to every engagement.
