My studies at the University of Lausanne have led me to develop strong analytical skills and outstanding written and verbal abilities, as the grade of 6 out of 6 given to my Master’s thesis demonstrates. My supervisor, Mrs Martine Hennard Dutheil, has praised my work for its attention to detail, my meticulous synthesis of findings, and the thorough research I conducted and demonstrated knowledge of. I have had the opportunity to take classes on digital publication, and thus am acquainted with modern publication tools and practices (WordPress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe PhotoShop, GIMP, Canva, Office 365, Zotero, Google Suite, CapCut). During my studies, I have been part of the committee of multiple student associations as well as the editorial team of the English students’ magazine. My main tasks included social media management, creating content for different platforms, graphic design, communication, answering students’ inquiries, managing WordPress websites, editing short stories and articles, organising focus groups, events, and talks. Additionally, I have been employed by UNIL as a student assistant, a tutor, IT support, and phone operator for university-wide surveys and help campaigns. I have also been part of the Faculty council. Outside of university, I have done volunteer work at book fairs (Le Livre sur les quais; BDFIL), and co-founded a temporary theatre company, with which I have codirected a play ("Human Rites" by Amélie Nothomb). I have also been in charge of hair and makeup for several other theatre companies. Accordingly, I have gained a large set of skills, from technical support and administrative tasks, to shop keeping and logistics.
