Technical Lead Responsibilities:
• Calculate effort estimates for the project. Defining milestones and project timeline
• Select team members as per release features and expertise of the individuals
• Coordinate and arrange meetings between team members across different time zones
• Work as central point of contact for all information related to the project
• Assign tasks to the team members and follow-up with them afterwards
• Generating weekly reports about the project progress
• Track, verify, open, close issues (TIR’s) in Jira, during all stages of QA (BTC, System, Regression)
• Plan and design test cases (using T-plan) for System Testing, taking into consideration all the issues and features at BTC stage
• Perform and define regression testing
• Keep tracking of any possible release document changes and convey it to the Technical Writer
• Prepare release documents for the Compliance
• Coordinate and continuously communicate with Platform Dev, Game QA, Project Management teams
• Above all taking full responsibility of the project
• The project was completed on time and submitted to GLI lab for external verification

Involved in initial test case/scenario development. Helped in establishing the expected behavior for different responses for any AI- prompt. Guided the AI model from ‘Supervised Learning’ phase to ‘Unsupervised Learning’ phase. In between used Direct, Open-ended and Task-specific prompting to establish the scope of the project.
Some examples are:
• Confirmed and evaluated the results on every tool with ‘Examine with Fuse’ button, introduced on each tool interface.
• Introducing different errors (cluster configuration error, network error, circuit design error etc.) to check the error message and confirming that log summarization widget shows the ‘Examine with Fuse’ option and provide the expected reasoning for the error. Checked across all the tools.
• Running the automated test cases on Squish, making it sure that nothing is broken after each iteration or on branch code.
