Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end UAT processes to ensure business requirements are met before product release. Collaborated in Agile environments with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and end users to validate functionality, usability, and performance from a user perspective. Designed and executed detailed test plans and cases for Android and iOS mobile applications across diverse device types and OS versions, including testing under varying network conditions and hardware limitations. Coordinated with business stakeholders to ensure new features tested behave as intended in production releases. Identified, documented, and tracked defects in JIRA, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues.

Involved in all stages of the testing lifecycle and SDLC using Agile methodologies. Collaborated with developers, product management, and the testing team to review and resolve issues, and to test requested functionality. Identified functional and regression test cases and performed various testing on web-based applications (Functional, Integration, Regression). Built a BDD framework using POM, created feature files, step definitions, and runner classes. Developed Selenium-based automation with Java for Cucumber, and verified GUI elements via XPath/CSS. Implemented Page Object Model for maintainability. Used Git for version control and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.

Analyzed requirements, prepared test cases, and raised queries during analysis and execution. Daily interaction with onsite coordinator. Involved in defect tracking, categorization, and root cause analysis during test execution. Contributed as a team member for production support on the NOAH2 project.
