Responsibilities included scheduling, cost tracking, and quality control, as well as managing communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment with client objectives. Supported risk management and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to technical and aesthetic standards.

Provided comprehensive project management support for the refurbishment of 38 gas stations across multiple locations in Slovenia. The key challenge was coordinating simultaneous works at different sites, requiring precise planning and synchronization of suppliers, contractors, and construction teams.
