Over the past nine years, I’ve helped build and scale U.S. Commodities’ export program from the ground up—partnering with commodity traders and cross-functional teams to transform a traditionally manual process into a streamlined, tech-forward operation. What began as physical documentation evolved into fully integrated electronic workflows and a custom-designed export software embedded within our operating system. The result: a tenfold improvement in efficiency and nearly tripling our export volume in under two years—positioning our export ag trade as one of the most effective processes in the industry. My foundation in marketing began with earning a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, complemented by a minor in Psychology and a semester studying abroad in New Zealand. Balancing full-time coursework, a part-time job, and an active social life instilled a strong sense of discipline, adaptability, and time management—skills I still rely on today. Those years also taught me the value of taking risks, staying curious, and chasing work that’s both challenging and fulfilling. I believe the best results come from working hard with intention while maintaining a healthy balance between ambition and enjoyment. Outside of work, You would find me outdoors—hiking, running, or snowboarding—experimenting with new recipes, spending time with people I love, or diving into a new hobby (currently: learning the ukulele). I’m also a big Marvel fan, with Venom at the top of my list. His mindset sums it up best: “The way I see it, we can do whatever we want.” That same energy drives how I approach work—creative, bold, and always open to what’s possible.
