Self-Initiated Project at Berlin Rental Housing Market Analysis

February 1, 2025 - March 31, 2025

Collected, cleaned, and structured data from 3,808 rental listings (final dataset: 2,294) using web scraping and preprocessing with Python (Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Requests). Unpivoted categorical columns in Power Query to enable comparison of median rents across subcategories (e.g., parquet vs. tiles) in Power BI dashboards. Built interactive dashboards with DAX formulas and improved usability using slicers and bookmarks. Provided actionable insights for tenants, such as recommended subdistricts and heating types to optimize affordability and move-in readiness.

Laboratory Internship at Laboratory of the Department of Biological Psychology and Affective Science – University of Potsdam

April 1, 2023 - January 31, 2025

Collected and preprocessed 15,000+ behavioral and 200,000+ physiological data points with a research team. Performed feature engineering to convert ECG data into interoceptive accuracy scores and EDA data into prediction error scores, and designed R workflows for statistical diagnostics and model validation. Analyzed behavioral and physiological data (450+ cleaned data points) using Linear Mixed Effects Models for repeated-measures analysis and hypothesis testing. Interpreted model outputs (p-values, confidence intervals) to evaluate interoceptive accuracy and prediction errors in emotion concept learning. Presented findings to stakeholders with clear, accessible communication.
