Sophia Elisabet Saliti

I am Sophia Elisabet Saliti, a clinical psychologist with a Master’s in Coaching and currently pursuing a Master’s in Business and Entrepreneurship. I specialize in positive psychology, mindfulness, and nutrition education, and I am passionate about a multidisciplinary approach to individual well-being.

I bring cross-cultural experience from Rome and London, having studied at Università Europea di Roma and Queen Mary University of London, while engaging in research and volunteering. I enjoy writing and content creation to share knowledge about wellbeing, mindfulness, and healthy living.
