I am the creator and host of the Stream Close Up podcast, where I research, book, interview, and craft in depth narrative conversations with filmmakers, actors, and creative professionals. While the subject matter differs, the discipline is the same. Careful research, trust based interviewing, strong editorial judgment, and shaping raw conversations into clear and engaging story arcs that respect both the audience and the subject.
My background combines investigative rigor with professional audio production. I began my career in radio and audio production, later founding an audio production company and hosting daily broadcast shows. More recently, my work at Acast gave me hands-on experience with modern podcast production pipelines, audio quality standards, and ethical considerations around creator led storytelling. I am fully comfortable managing the entire process independently, from research and outreach through recording, editing, scripting, and final delivery.
I place a strong emphasis on creating a safe and open environment for interview subjects, particularly when stories are personal or sensitive. My early training in legal research and discovery has also shaped a careful approach to fact checking, ethics, and compliance, which I see as essential for investigative work.
I work comfortably in remote setups, manage my own timelines, and enjoy collaborative editorial discussions around tone, structure, and pacing. I would welcome the opportunity to contribute to this project and to explore a longer term collaboration if the fit is right.
