Implemented all VM displays to comply with Nike Brand and Retailer standards, managed floor standards (replenishment, folding, size runs), and maintained VM equipment and audits. Executed floor sets, mannequin changes, and coached Athletes on VM fundamentals. Collaborated with BOH to complete load-ins, ensured ongoing care of displays, built VM knowledge, trained store team, and supported sales goals and KPI metrics while upholding health and safety and LP standards.

Followed directives and corporate guidelines to create visual impact with mannequins, floor displays and merchandise presentation that align with visual marketing directions. Executed marketing objectives including event setup, shop setup and seasonal displays, while maintaining current visual strategies.
