Provided cross-department support across multiple applications and collaborated with vendors to implement OVS in the Citrix environment. Established API connections with Quorum through TIBCO (Waterfield, EC, CWS, ArcGIS, SAP). Enabled self-service reporting in Power BI to increase user productivity.

Delivered technical and software support for the Croatian National Highway Administration, including maintenance of software and databases. Supported applications built on Oracle Forms 9i/10g and Oracle Reports 9i/10g; designed reports and forms. Developed and optimized applications, queries, and scripts, contributing to a robust IT environment. Worked with a dedicated team to resolve issues for non-technical users and performed data migrations during upgrades.
