Compiles log (broadcast schedule) of television commercial and service spot announcements by performing the following Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned: - Quality control and monitoring of multiple feeds/records. - Schedules and assigns games and ad-hoc feeds to appropriate channels. - Hands Off feeds to Studio Tech Managers after transmission check-in (FACS) is completed. - Analyze signal components using equipment such as waveform monitors, vector scopes and audio scopes to detect signal issues and their source. - Troubleshoot problems with incoming and outgoing signals. Escalate problems for resolution as needed. - Technical evaluation and ingest of content onto broadcast video server. - Evaluate technical quality of content and assure standards are being met. - Program formatting. - Submits timely discrepancy reports on scheduling, traffic and on-air irregularities. - Report equipment problems to Engineering and perform emergency workarounds. - Processing of work order requests for time compression services. - May be assigned to other duties as necessary for emergency or special operation conditions.
