Owned end-to-end QA for web and mobile app supporting Tottenham Hotspur’s high-traffic digital platform. Validated real-time data pipelines (live scores, stats, updates), ensuring accuracy and low latency during live games. Executed risk-based testing aligned with time-sensitive release cycles ahead of production launch. Conducted exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing to identify critical defects impacting live user experience. Tested CMS-driven editorial workflows, ensuring accurate and timely publishing of content across regions. Performed release validation in UAT environments to ensure feature readiness before go-live. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to triage defects and communicate release readiness.

Led API and backend QA testing for enterprise SaaS workflows, validating RBAC permissions, onboarding processes, audit logging, session management, and messaging functionality using Postman and backend verification techniques. Performed functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and stability testing for information management and regulatory documentation workflows. Built Playwright-based automation tests and performed PostgreSQL validation to ensure data integrity and backend consistency. Executed API testing with Postman to validate RESTful services, including response structure, error handling, and data exchange between systems.
