Currently, I work with British Telecom (BT) as a Finance Associate in the GFSS Billing and Data Governance team. My role involves managing end-to-end billing operations, master data amendments, and developing and maintaining monthly and quarterly dashboards using Power BI to track revenue, billing accuracy, and operational performance.
