Led end-to-end development of Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collections, designing a 30-piece Indian and Indo-Western women’s wear collection per project for Sujatra Fashion. End-to-end print development using heritage techniques such as Indigo, Ajrak, Madhubani, Ikat, and Jamdani natural cotton fabrics. Led print concept development, motif selection, scale planning, and strategic print placement across yokes, panels, borders, and sleeves. Developed everyday and office-wear kurtas with strong commercial viability. Delivered collections that achieved strong sell-through post-launch and generated multiple bestsellers. Coordinated with production to ensure fabric suitability, quality execution, and timely delivery. Presented collections to top retailers with direct approvals and no revisions. Created lookbooks and visuals for brand storytelling; supported Shopify launch sheets and cross-functional coordination for seamless product uploads.
