Coordinates with buyers on inquiries, product developments, costings, confirmed orders, quality requirements, sample requirements, production status, packing requirements, vessel bookings, shipments, and related activities. Oversees Merchandisers and monitors material sourcing (fabrics/trims), negotiates supplier prices, develops styling, approves samples, ensures alignment with buyer specs, reviews cost sheets, follows up POs and PI issuance, liaises with internal departments, manages import and production status, coordinates with QA/Logistics on quality and packing, prepares packing instructions, and leads weekly merchandising team meetings while reporting to senior leadership.

Liaises with buyers in Japan, Malaysia and UK on product developments, price quotations, orders, and bulk production. Sources sublimation printing factories and coordinates with factories and buyers on production planning and delivery for Bespoke orders, team wear, and uniforms. Ensures fabrics, trims, and accessories meet buyer quality standards. Manages Graphic Design Department and reviews tech packs, artworks and samples for buyer approval; disseminates sublimation print orders and monitors bulk production to shipment. Conducts factory evaluations of new suppliers, reviews cost sheets, and develops new styles until confirmed by customers.

Handled multiple international accounts (e.g., ONeills Ireland, Prenatal Italy, Avoca Ireland, Danny Shane USA, Hunkemoller NL, TNT Europe) for sportswear, gym wear, uniforms, and kids wear. Responsible for product development and business development, supervising merchandisers and QA, liaising with buyers, sourcing garments and trims, factory evaluations, pre-production and bulk production coordination, QA and testing oversight, shipment tracking, attending trade fairs, and reporting to Managing Director.
