Michael John Byrne

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Michael John Byrne, and I am currently a Senior Customer Service Associate at Wayfair, where I have supported many customers in offering an outstanding level of customer support. This lead to be winning the Amethyst Award for exceptional customer service. I would be delighted to be afforded the opportunity to offer this level of attention to detail in this script writer role.

I am particularly proud of my creativity, both in my various roles and in my personal life. I have won many awards for writing and I have also used this creativity to both assist in helping processes run more smoothly and build morale within the company.

My passion is writing and I love creating worlds and characters. As a writer I am often described as having an original voice with unique perspectives which allows my material to stand out. To be given the opportunity to have a job that would allow me to write and be creative would certainly be something that I would relish.

I have written a sitcom set in an alternative 1920’s about a pair of detectives and their attempts to solve bizarre cases. I have written many comedy sketches that have been noted for their originality. I have also written a podcast set in a 1930’s radio station and involves strange journeys, unique guests and thrilling tales. I have also had a book of rhymes published.

I believe that my past experience, skill set, and passions makes me a strong candidate. Thank you for your time.
