As may be clear viewing this CV, I have always enjoyed exploring different fields of interest. Art, food and beverage, three words that have come to summarise my career and education. I have worked in restaurants for a long time, simultaneously studying and working with art, design and music production. For many years, I juggled freelance jobs with restaurant work, but my interest in food and drink slowly took over. I decided to study a sommelier course and eventually took the leap into the world of fermented drinks. My curisoity and passion for wine has taken me on different paths. Most recently I lived for a little more than year on the small Canary Island of La Palma, where I also have been working harvests since 2019. A place that has become very dear to me. When the opportunity came to spend a full year on the island working with the amazing winemaker Viki Torres, I did not hesitate to say yes. It has been a truly great and humbling experience following the work over the seasons and I have been involved in everything from working the vineyards to the the bodega. Previous to that I was an employee of a Swedish wine importer working with logistics, communication and PR. A job I enjoyed very much, where I had the chance to draw on my various experiences in media work as well as gastronomy. An opportunity to bring everything together in a wonderful, dynamic mix. My role involved organizing orders/following the shipping flow, executing various tasks connected to Systembolaget, communicating with warehouse/producers/sales team as well as managing social media and creating all media content. My final assignment for the company was to design the new website _Website not available. My goal is to continue to work and develop within the lovely universe that the beverage industry is! Preferably with marketing and PR.
