I started my career in Philosophy, earning my doctoral degree in 2012. I spent several years working in academia as an Instructor, Professor, instructional designer, and Dean. I've done contract work as an instructional designer since 2019 and in 2022 I Cofounded a company, Deducers, dedicated to training producers in the motion and post-production industry. What I enjoy most about learning and development is that I get to blend my analytical, structure-building skills with my creative capacities. I get excited about designing learning materials and experiences that are fun, memorable, bridge learning gaps, and fill institutional needs. As a professional, I'm highly adaptable, analytical, and self-motivated.
