Pulsating Bubble Surfactometer project on heparin; data calculations and graph creation; experimental design, data analysis and result interpretation. Macrophages + Curosurf project: worked in a sterile environment, isolated and differentiated monocytes using GM-CSF, plated differentiated cells, stimulated macrophages with Curosurf and performed qPCR analysis; practiced with THP-1 cell lines.
